ZUSO Generation at CYBERSEC 2026 During the Taiwan Cybersecurity Conference, ZUSO Generation was invited to participate in the Taiwan Cybersecurity Pavilion thematic forum. Cybersecurity consultant Jing-Wei Shen presented on "Building a Cybersecurity Trust Chain: Enhancing Enterprise Cybersecurity Resilience – Shifting from 'Autopsy' to 'Immediate Damage Control'," sharing how enterprises can re-evaluate their defense strategies and incident response capabilities in the face of modern attack scenarios.

In an environment where threats are rapidly evolving, enterprise cybersecurity defenses cannot merely focus on post-incident investigation, remediation, and tracing. Truly resilient defense should be able to detect anomalies early, understand the attack context during an attack, and take action before damage escalates. This presentation focused on a core question: how enterprises can evolve their defense capabilities from "discovering problems after the fact" to "immediately identifying risks and mitigating damage in real-time."

The Taiwan Cybersecurity Pavilion thematic forum focused on enterprise cybersecurity resilience and practical defense perspectives.

When facing cybersecurity incidents, many enterprises often only begin log tracing, endpoint inventory, and system remediation after the attack has progressed to a late stage, or even after it has caused actual impact. At this point, even with more equipment, licenses, or personnel, it is difficult to revert to the time before the attack had spread.

ZUSO Generation pointed out at the forum that the key to cybersecurity resilience is not just "being able to identify problems after the fact," but rather whether enterprises can identify anomalous behavior early, understand the attack path during an ongoing attack, and shorten the time from detection to response. In other words, defense should not merely be about reconstructing the scene after an incident has concluded, but about detecting signals during an ongoing attack, enabling enterprises to perform immediate damage control.

Address Web defense blind spots and enhance threat visibility

In enterprise defense architectures, websites and Web applications are often critical entry points for attackers to access enterprise systems. Many attack behaviors are hidden within seemingly normal traffic, legitimate requests, and routine operations, making it difficult for defense teams to detect abnormal signals immediately. Therefore, enterprises need more comprehensive website-level detection and response capabilities.

As explained by CyCarrier in their presentation,CyberEyes website detection and response platform combines Web behavioral rule detection with attack chain visualization, helping security teams identify abnormal behaviors from vast amounts of traffic and log clues, and further understand attack sources, attack paths, and event correlations. This defense approach doesn't just block individual attack incidents; it enables defenders to more clearly understand how attackers approach, test, and bypass defenses, and to establish traceable, interpretable, and continuously improvable defense mechanisms.

Cyber resilience begins the moment threats are seen.

Facing 0-day attacks,Living Off The Land techniques, and AI With the challenges brought by accelerated attacks, enterprise cybersecurity defense is no longer just about implementing a single technology or tool. Instead, it requires understanding attack behaviors, grasping threat contexts, and establishing incident response processes to build defense capabilities that can be continuously verified and improved.

Building cybersecurity resilience begins the moment threats are identified, and the strengthening of the overall cybersecurity environment relies on continuous exchange and cooperation among governments, industries, technical teams, and cybersecurity partners.

CYBERSEC 2026 The Taiwan Cybersecurity Pavilion brings together government agencies, industry representatives, and cybersecurity partners to jointly promote the exchange and development of Taiwan's cybersecurity industry.

ZUSO Generation will continue to combine red team attack experience with blue team defense thinking to help enterprises start from real attack scenarios, identify defense blind spots, enhance threat visibility, and establish verifiable, traceable, and continuously improvable cybersecurity defense strategies.
